Bienvenue! My name is Abbie and I’m the baker behind Belle Fleur Pastries. This little bakery was born out of a love of two things- creating beautiful and delicious desserts, and all things French.

Like many bakers, my passion for baking was instilled at a young age by my mother, who always filled our home with the best cakes, cookies, and candies come every birthday and holiday season. I continue in her tradition by using her old fashioned buttercream recipe to flavor my macarons and other baked goods.

My love for baking naturally led to a desire to learn more about French pâtisserie and this soon bloomed into an obsession for all things French! Eventually I had the privilege to live and study in the Provence region as part of an artist residency where I was able to paint, sketch, and draw among many historical French sites. 

Now I live in Nashville, and making macarons has become the perfect fusion between these two passions. The greatest care and attention is put into every one of these little sweets, and I feel so blessed to share them with you!
