Frequently Asked Questions

French Macarons
How do I place an order?

Please submit an inquiry here for any order requests. A minimum of 1 dozen macarons per flavor is required. Orders should be placed with at least 2 weeks notice. Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee.

Where are you located?

Belle Fleur is proudly based in the Bellevue community of Nashville, TN. BFP is a home-based bakery, and so I do not have a storefront. I offer delivery to the greater Nashville and middle Tennessee area and local order pickup in Bellevue.

Do you have anything available for today or tomorrow?

As a home-based bakery, the vast majority of my macarons are custom made to order and require at least 2 weeks notice. Occasionally I may have extras available from markets or holiday pre-orders, so please feel free to inquire.

Do you offer variety packs?

Custom orders are limited to 1 flavor per dozen as they are handmade fresh to order.

I will often have special variety packs available around major holidays.

I offer a selection of different macaron flavors at local markets. Please check out my events for any upcoming markets I will be attending.

Do you offer shipping?

Tennessee cottage food laws do not permit me to ship at this time.

Are your macarons gluten-free?

Most of my macaron flavors do not contain any wheat ingredients and are a great dessert option for those avoiding gluten in the diet.

That said, my kitchen is not certified gluten-free, and so my treats are not advisable for anyone with a severe gluten allergy.

If you have any questions about specific flavors, please visit the ingredients page.

Do your macarons contain nuts, dairy, soy, etc?

All of my macarons contain almonds, dairy, eggs, and soy.

Please be advised that my kitchen is not allergy-free and my equipment may come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and other common food allergens.
